BRUCE BARNES - PRESIDENT:
Mr. Barnes is a highly experienced and successful Mortgage Banking Executive with 15 years of experience in sales, operations, production and management with a thorough understanding of acquiring, developing and managing retail and wholesale branch operations. Before becoming the president of EquiPoint Financial Network, Inc., Mr. Barnes worked in a regional capacity with First Magnus and US Bank helping the companies build out retail and wholesale mortgage banking offices throughout the southwest.
JANET VANY – CONTROLLER:
Mrs. Vany is an honors graduate of the California State University of Sacramento with a bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy. Throughout her career, Janet has worked with a number of businesses, large and small, including several years of public accounting. Her past positions include staff auditor and tax accountant with John Waddell and Company, and staff accountant with Larry Harmon and associates, where she worked closely with professional athletes to successfully implement business plans to assist clients with wealth management and asset preservation.
DIANA CLEGG – VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS:
Mrs. Clegg has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry managing all aspects of the mortgage process from originations through underwriting. Diana is well versed in all state license and compliance requirements and brings a wealth of knowledge towards managing the operational team of EquiPoint.
