1.  Open Microsoft Outlook and locate the "Account Settings" menu option. You'll find it under the "Tools" menu option:

2. Under the “E-mail” tab, click "New…":

3. Select: “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" and Click "Next"

4. Check “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” and Click "Next"

5. Enter Your Information, replacing "Joe Smith" with your name. Use the email username and password from

the Account Information doc sent to you by Mike Hughes. Click the "More Settings" button:

6. Click the "Outgoing Server" tab, and select the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" check box:

7. Under the “Advanced” tab enter the Server Port Numbers (995 for POP3 and 465 for SMTP).

Check the box next to “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” and select “SSL”

from the dropdown menu next to “Use the following type of encrypted connection”. Click “OK”.

8. Click “Next”.

9. Click “Finish” and you are now ready to use Outlook for your Equipoint e-mail!
